Online Evaluation of an Online Course

When we think of evaluation of teachers or courses, many of the few questions are general, perfunctory; if we really want to improve the course material, we want to ask questions that let students express how the course or module can be improved, particularly the few time that the course is taught.  By responding to comments and observations, it’s possible to “tighten up” what we have to offer. After a while, this may no longer be needed.  But it certainly does help the first few iterations!

I’ve done this a couple of different ways: using Google Sheets or an LMS evaluation form.  For the latter, such an eval would look something like this:
